GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to the gift with purchase promotion "Free SERENITY Chocolate Brown Winter Edition Passport Holder with the purchase of a SERENITY Chocolate Brown Winter Edition bag", hereinafter referred to as the "GWP" or the "promotion", organised by SUITSUIT International B.V., based in Soest, hereinafter referred to as "SUITSUIT".

By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

PROMOTION AND DURATION

  1. The promotion applies to the purchase of a SERENITY Chocolate Brown Winter Edition Underseater, Daily Tote or Daily Bag.
  2. The promotion runs from 2 November to 21 November inclusive, while stocks last.
  3. To qualify for the free SERENITY Chocolate Brown Winter Edition Passport Holder, you must place an order through the official SUITSUIT website containing at least one eligible bag. You can receive a maximum of one free passport holder per order, regardless of the number of eligible bags in your order. The gift will be automatically added to your order.
  4. The promotion is valid while stocks last.
  5. SUITSUIT reserves the right to end the promotion early if stocks run out.
  6. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes, unless SUITSUIT explicitly states otherwise for the relevant promotion.
  7. If you return the eligible bag and no longer meet the promotion's terms and conditions as a result, you must also return the free SERENITY Chocolate Brown Winter Edition Passport Holder. If the passport holder is not returned, or is returned damaged or used, SUITSUIT reserves the right to deduct the previously communicated retail value of the passport holder from the refund amount.

PRIVACY

  1. Personal data collected in connection with this GWP will not be shared with third parties.
  2. Personal data collected by SUITSUIT in connection with this GWP will be stored in its database and treated confidentially in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.
  3. Personal data will not be sold to third parties or otherwise made available to third parties.
  4. To carry out this promotion, SUITSUIT processes the personal data necessary to process and deliver the order and the accompanying gift. This data will not be used for other purposes unless there is a separate legal basis for doing so.   5. Upon the customer's request, SUITSUIT will delete their personal data.

GENERAL SUITSUIT TERMS

  1. SUITSUIT cannot be held liable for any damage, costs or expenses arising from participation in this promotion.
  2. SUITSUIT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions during the promotion or to end the promotion early if there is a reasonable reason to do so. Any amendment or termination will not adversely affect customers who have already placed a valid order before that time.
  3. SUITSUIT will decide on any matters not covered by these terms and conditions.
  4. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from this promotion or these terms and conditions will be submitted to the competent court.
