PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS “SUITSUIT SPRING SALE 2026” 

 

GENERAL 

  • These terms and conditions for the “SUITSUIT SPRING SALE 2026” promotion govern the basic principles, conditions, rules of use, and rights of persons participating in the promotion, as well as the obligations of the organiser. 

  • The participating partner of the “SUITSUIT SPRING SALE 2026” promotion is SUITSUIT International B.V., located at Nieuwegracht 8-01, 3763 LB Soest, Netherlands, VAT number: NL822113442B01, and Chamber of Commerce number: 27373465 (hereinafter also referred to as the “organiser”). 

  • Customers may participate in the promotion once they have met the participation requirements and have become participants in the promotion (hereinafter referred to as “participant”). 

 

PROMOTION PERIOD 

  • The subject of the promotion is the opportunity for participants to benefit from the promotion in accordance with the principles set out in these terms. During the promotion period, participants will receive a discount that reduces the price of the products listed on the website https://www.suitsuit.com. 

  • The promotion runs from 13 April 2026, 00:00 until 26 April 2026, 23:59 (hereinafter also referred to as the “promotion period”). 

 

DISCOUNT DETAILS 

  • Participation in the promotion is voluntary and free of charge. Participants only pay the price of the products included in the promotion and any applicable shipping costs. 

  • During the promotion, the regular price of selected products in the online store will be automatically reduced by the applicable discount, namely up to 50% off the regular price for all participating suitcases, bags, and accessories as listed here: https://www.suitsuit.com. 

  • The promotion does not cover any shipping costs for products purchased as part of the promotion, which are fully borne by the participant. Some products may be excluded from the promotion during the promotion period. 

 

COMBINABILITY & STACKING 

  • The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, price reductions, special sales, special price offers, or special product offers applicable in the online store, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of such promotion, discount, or offer. 

  • If multiple products included in the promotion are purchased simultaneously, the promotion will be applied proportionally to the total price of the products covered by the promotion, based on the original full prices of the purchased products. 

  • The promotion cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable. 

 

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES 

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and provide honest and accurate information when participating in the promotion. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation if the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent. 

 

ORGANISER RIGHTS 

The organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason. This includes situations of force majeure, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances that impede the execution of the promotion. 

 

AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The organiser reserves the right to amend these promotion terms and conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect once they are published on the promotion website. Participants are advised to check the terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.
