Terms & Conditions – Complimentary MYSTIQUE Protection Cover with the Purchase of a MYSTIQUE Suitcase

GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions apply to the gift with purchase promotion "Complimentary MYSTIQUE Protection Cover with the Purchase of a MYSTIQUE Suitcase", hereinafter referred to as the "GWP" or the "Promotion", organised by SUITSUIT International B.V., based in Soest, hereinafter referred to as "SUITSUIT".

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

PROMOTION AND PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  1. The GWP is available with the purchase of a MYSTIQUE suitcase via the official SUITSUIT website.
  2. The Promotion starts on 07.07.2026 and runs until 30.08.2026, or while stocks last.
  3. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 and over only.
  4. When you purchase a MYSTIQUE suitcase, you'll automatically receive a matching MYSTIQUE Protection Cover. The Protection Cover will automatically be added to your order.
  5. The size of the Protection Cover will automatically match the size of the MYSTIQUE suitcase purchased.
  6. The GWP is available while stocks last. SUITSUIT reserves the right to end the Promotion early if stocks are depleted.
  7. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers or discount codes, unless stated otherwise.
  8. If you decide to return your MYSTIQUE suitcase, you must also return the complimentary MYSTIQUE Protection Cover. If the Protection Cover is not returned, SUITSUIT reserves the right to charge the retail value of the Protection Cover.

PRIVACY

  1. Personal data collected as part of this GWP will not be shared with third parties.
  2. Personal data collected by SUITSUIT as part of this GWP will be stored in its database and handled confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
  3. Personal data will not be sold to third parties or otherwise made available to third parties.
  4. The email addresses collected will only be used by SUITSUIT to send periodic email newsletters and to inform participants about this GWP and future promotions and offers.
  5. Upon request, SUITSUIT will delete the customer's personal data.

SUITSUIT GENERAL

  1. SUITSUIT cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, costs or expenses arising from participation in this Promotion.
  2. SUITSUIT reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend or modify these Terms & Conditions during the Promotional Period or to end the Promotion without stating a reason, without being liable for any compensation.
  3. In any circumstances not covered by these Terms & Conditions, SUITSUIT's decision shall be final.
  4. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from this Promotion or these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court.
