Terms and Conditions – Free Fusion Cotton Travel Tote with Orders Over €150

GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to the gift with purchase promotion “Free Fusion Cotton Travel Tote with orders over €150”, hereinafter referred to as the “GWP” or the “promotion”, organised by SUITSUIT International B.V., located in Soest, hereinafter referred to as “SUITSUIT”.

By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

PROMOTION AND DURATION

  1. The GWP applies to orders with a minimum spend of €150.
  2. The promotion starts on 21.06.2026 and runs until the first 1,000 qualifying orders have been placed or while stocks last.
  3. The promotion is only open to individuals aged 18 and over.
  4. To qualify for the free Fusion Cotton Travel Tote, you must place an order of at least €150 via the official SUITSUIT website. The gift will be automatically added to your order.
  5. The promotion is only valid for the first 1,000 orders that meet the promotion requirements.
  6. The GWP is available while stocks last. SUITSUIT reserves the right to end the promotion early if stock runs out.
  7. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, offers or discount codes unless stated otherwise.
  8. If you decide to return all or part of your order and the total order value falls below the minimum spend of €150, you must also return the free Fusion Cotton Travel Tote. If the Fusion Cotton Travel Tote is not returned, SUITSUIT reserves the right to charge the retail value of the bag.

PRIVACY

  1. Personal data collected in connection with this promotion will not be shared with third parties.
  2. Personal data obtained by SUITSUIT in connection with this promotion will be stored securely and processed confidentially in accordance with applicable privacy legislation.
  3. Personal data will not be sold to third parties or otherwise made available to them.
  4. The collected email addresses will only be used by SUITSUIT to send periodic newsletters and to inform participants about this promotion and future promotions and offers.
  5. Upon request, SUITSUIT will delete the customer's personal data.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. SUITSUIT cannot be held liable for any damages, costs or expenses arising from participation in this promotion.
  2. SUITSUIT reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to amend these terms and conditions during the promotion period or to terminate the promotion without giving reasons and without any obligation to compensate participants.
  3. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, SUITSUIT will make the final decision.
  4. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from this promotion or these terms and conditions shall be submitted to the competent court.
