TERMS AND CONDITIONS “SUITSUIT END OF SUMMER SALE 2026”

GENERAL

  • These terms and conditions of the “SUITSUIT END OF SUMMER SALE 2026” set out the basic principles, conditions and rules of use of the promotion, as well as the rights of participating persons and the obligations of the organiser.
  • The participating partner and organiser of the “SUITSUIT END OF SUMMER SALE 2026” is SUITSUIT International B.V., registered at Nieuwegracht 8-01, 3763 LB Soest, the Netherlands, VAT number NL822113442B01 and Chamber of Commerce number 27373465 (hereinafter also referred to as the “organiser”).
  • Customers may participate in the promotion once they have met the participation requirements and have become participants in the promotion (hereinafter referred to as a “participant”).

PROMOTION PERIOD

  • The promotion allows participants to benefit from the offer in accordance with the principles set out in these terms and conditions. During the promotion period, participants will receive a discount in the form of a price reduction on the products listed on https://www.suitsuit.com.
  • The promotion runs from 14 September 2026 at 12:00 to 27 September 2026 at 23:59 (hereinafter also referred to as the “promotion period”).

DISCOUNT DETAILS

  • Participation in the promotion is voluntary and free of charge. Participants only pay the price of the products covered by the promotion and any applicable shipping costs.
  • During the promotion, the regular price of selected products in the online shop will automatically be reduced by the applicable discount.
  • Namely, by up to 50% of the regular price for all participating suitcases, bags and accessories, as listed here: https://www.suitsuit.com.
  • The promotion does not include any shipping costs for products purchased as part of the promotion. These costs are borne entirely by the participant. Some products may be excluded from the promotion during the promotion period.

COMBINING OFFERS & DISCOUNTS

  • The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, price reductions, special sales, special price offers or special product offers applicable in the online shop, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions of such promotion, discount, price reduction, special sale, special price offer or special product offer.
  • If several products covered by the promotion are purchased at the same time, the promotion will be applied proportionally to the total price of the products covered by the promotion, taking into account the original full prices of the products purchased.
  • The benefit provided under the promotion cannot be paid out in cash and is non-transferable.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and provide truthful and accurate information when participating in the promotion. The organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel participation in the promotion in the event of inaccurate, incomplete or fraudulent information.

ORGANISER’S RIGHTS

The organiser reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the promotion at any time and for any reason. This includes situations involving force majeure, technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the promotion from being carried out.

CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the promotion website. Participants are advised to check the terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any changes.
