Terms and Conditions Valentine Giveaway

GENERAL

These terms and conditions apply to the "SUITSUIT Valentine's Giveaway," hereinafter referred to as "the giveaway," organized by SUITSUIT International BV, located in Soest, hereinafter referred to as "SUITSUIT". By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions.

PARTICIPATION

1. Participation in this giveaway is free and possible throughout the entire promotion period. Participation is done by liking the social post on Instagram and/or Facebook and leaving a comment where the participant tags a friend. Both the participant and the friend must follow SUITSUIT on Instagram and/or Facebook. To increase chances, the participant can share the post in their story.
2. To be eligible to participate, the participant must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you may only participate with the consent of your parent(s) or guardian(s).
3. You can participate in this giveaway only once.

DURATION AND DRAW

1. The promotion period is from February 5 to February 13, 2024.
2. The winner will be drawn on February 14 randomly and impartially by an employee of SUITSUIT.
3. The drawing will only take place if a minimum of 50 unique participants have registered during the promotion period.
4. The winner will be personally informed via the Instagram/Facebook account used to participate within 5 working days after the drawing date.
5. If the winner does not respond within two weeks after the date they were informed, the right to the prize is forfeited, and a new drawing will take place.
6. The results cannot be contested with SUITSUIT.

PRIZE

1. The prize includes a 2-night stay at hotel Het Weeshuis in Gouda, a high tea at Museum Café in Gouda, a brunch at Brunch Boutique in Gouda, a gift voucher for MaBelle in Gouda, and a gift voucher for Flossy.nl in Gouda. These prizes apply to both the original participant and their friend. The vouchers are valid for up to 1 year from the date of issue and are not exchangeable for cash or other vouchers.
2. The winner must, in consultation with Hotel Het Weeshuis in Gouda, select a date for the stay via: hello@wshs.nl, mentioning "SUITSUIT Valentine's Giveaway." The reservation for the overnight stays must take place between Sunday and Friday.
3. The prize winner is responsible for transportation and the necessary and valid travel documents and any travel and cancellation insurance. The costs thereof are the responsibility of the prize winner and are not included in the prize.
   
   

PRIVACY

1. The personal data obtained during this giveaway will not be provided to third parties.
2. The personal data that SUITSUIT obtains during of this giveaway will be included in its database and will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
3. The personal data will not be sold to third parties or otherwise made available to third parties.
4. The collected email addresses will only be used by SUITSUIT to periodically send email newsletters and to contact participants about this giveaway and future promotions and offers.
5. Upon the participant's request, their personal data will be deleted by SUITSUIT.

GENERAL

1. SUITSUIT cannot be held responsible for any damages, costs, or burdens arising from participation in the giveaway, the awarding of the prize, the receipt of the prize, or its use, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
2. SUITSUIT accepts no liability for changes or the non-occurrence of the selected trip by the winner, which is (partly) booked using the received holiday voucher.
3. Furthermore, SUITSUIT accepts no liability for events occurring during the trip. The winner accepts the trip at their own risk, accepting the general terms and conditions set by the travel provider. SUITSUIT advises the winner to carefully read the general (travel) conditions of the travel provider in advance.
4. SUITSUIT may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change or adjust these terms and conditions during the promotion period, or terminate the promotion without being obliged to compensate participants in any way.
5. In cases not provided for by these terms and conditions, a decision will be made by SUITSUIT.
6. Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. Any disputes arising from this or the giveaway must be submitted to the competent court.
