SERENITY Terms and Conditions – Shop Credit

Terms and conditions “Win €500 shop credit”

GENERAL 

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the “Win €500 shop credit” promotion, hereinafter referred to as “the promotion”, organised by SUITSUIT International B.V., based in Soest, hereinafter referred to as “SUITSUIT”. 

  1. By participating in this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

PARTICIPATION 

  1. Participation in this promotion is free of charge and open for the entire promotional period. 

  1. You can participate by sharing a photo or video on Instagram of a meaningful travel moment and tagging @SUITSUIT in your post. By participating, you grant SUITSUIT permission to use this content royalty-free. 

  1. Multiple entries per person are allowed, provided each submission is unique. 

  1. Participants must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, permission from a parent or guardian is required. 

DURATION AND SELECTION 

  1. The promotion runs from 18 May 2026 to 31 December 2026. 

  1. Each month, one winner will be selected by SUITSUIT based on content, creativity, and alignment with the theme ‘meaningful travel’. 

  1. The winner will be contacted privately via Instagram (DM). 

  1. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, SUITSUIT reserves the right to select a new winner. 

  1. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. 

PRIZE 

  1. The prize consists of €500 shop credit, redeemable at suitsuit.com. 

  1. The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other vouchers. 

  1. The winner will receive further instructions on how to use the shop credit upon confirmation. 

  1. Any applicable prize tax will be paid by SUITSUIT. 

PRIVACY 

  1. Personal data of participants will only be used for the execution of this promotion and to contact winners. 

  1. Data will not be sold to third parties and will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

GENERAL 

  1. SUITSUIT reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the promotion if circumstances require it. 

  1. SUITSUIT is not liable for any damage arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. 

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the promotion shall be submitted to the competent court.
