SHOPPING CREDIT GIVEAWAY 

Terms and Conditions for the “Win a shopping credit worth €500!” promotion 

GENERAL 

These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway “Win a shopping credit worth €500” hereinafter referred to as "the promotion," organised by SUITSUIT International BV, located in Soest, hereinafter referred to as "SUITSUIT." By participating in this giveaway, you agree to these terms and conditions. 

 

PARTICIPATION 

  1. Participation in this giveaway is free and open throughout the entire promotion period. You can participate by providing your full name and email address on the designated page on the website suitsuit.com. From that moment on, you will be entered into the draw. 

  1. By participating in this giveaway, you grant SUITSUIT permission to periodically send you a newsletter via email. You can opt out of receiving these newsletters at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the respective email. 

  1. You must be at least 18 years old to participate. If you are under 18, you may only participate with the permission of a parent or guardian. 

  1. You may participate in this giveaway only once. Your first name, surname, and email address will be considered a unique combination. 

 

DURATION AND DRAW 

  1. The promotion period runs from March 1st to May 31, 2025. 

  1. The winner will be randomly selected on June 2nd, 2025, by an impartial SUITSUIT employee. 

  1. The winner will be personally informed via the email address used to enter the giveaway within 5 working days of the draw. 

  1. If the winner does not respond within two weeks of the notification date, they will forfeit their right to the prize, and a new draw will be conducted. 

  1. There will be no correspondence regarding the outcome of the draw with SUITSUIT. 

 

PRIZE 

  1. The prize “Win a shopping credit worth €500!” consists of a €500 shopping credit, exclusively redeemable on our webshop suitsuit.com. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other vouchers. 

  1. The winner will receive an email about their prize within 30 days. 

  1. SUITSUIT will bear any applicable gambling tax. 

 

 PRIVACY 

  1. The personal data collected – in this case, the first name, date of birth, and email of participants – will be used solely by SUITSUIT and only shared with partners if necessary for organising the trip. 

  1. The personal data obtained by SUITSUIT as part of this giveaway will be included in its database and treated confidentially, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. 

  1. Personal data will not be sold to third parties or otherwise made available to third parties. 

  1. The collected email addresses will only be used by SUITSUIT to periodically send email newsletters and to contact participants about this promotion, as well as future promotions and offers. 

  1. Upon request, SUITSUIT will delete the participant’s personal data. 

 

GENERAL 

  1. SUITSUIT is not responsible for any damages, costs, or charges arising from participation in the giveaway, the awarding of the prize, the receipt of the prize, or its use, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. 

  1. SUITSUIT may, at its discretion and without prior notice, modify or amend these terms and conditions during the promotion period or terminate the promotion without giving any reason, without being liable for any damages towards the participants. 

  1. In cases not covered by these terms and conditions, SUITSUIT will make a decision. 

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or related to the promotion shall be submitted to the competent court.
