General Information 

What is the validity period for the terms and conditions? 

The terms and conditions apply during the Black Friday Sale and Cyber Monday. Early access for this promotion period starts on Sunday, 23 November at 12:00 (noon). The regular promotion period begins on Monday, 24 November at 00:00 and ends on Monday, 1 December at 23:59. During this time, you can enjoy special offers and discounts on selected items at suitsuit.com. 

Which products are included in Black Friday? 

Our Black Friday deals include discounts on a range of products. These deals are available throughout the Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotional period as mentioned above in our validity period T&C. All Black Friday deals can be found on our webshop, suitsuit.com, and under the 'Black Friday' section in the menu bar. 

Which products are included in Cyber Monday? 

Our Cyber Monday deals include discounts on a variety of products. These deals are available for the full Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotional period. All Cyber Monday deals can be found on our webshop, suitsuit.com, and under the 'Cyber Monday' section in the menu bar. 

Until when are the Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals available? 

Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals are valid until Monday, 2 December 2025, after which the promotion ends. These products will no longer be available at the Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotional prices. 

A product is sold out; can I still purchase it later at the Black Friday price? 

Unfortunately, this is not possible. During the Black Friday Sale, stock is limited. If a product sells out, it will not be restocked at the special Black Friday or Cyber Monday price.

Ordering

I made a mistake in my order; can I change it? 

If you notice a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and include your order number. Depending on the order status, we will do our best to make any changes. 

Can I cancel my order? 

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel orders during the Black Friday Sale due to the fast processing times. Therefore, we recommend carefully checking your order before finalising it. 

What promotions apply to Black Friday and Cyber Monday? 

During the Black Friday Sale and Cyber Monday, specific promotions apply, such as up to 50% off on selected items, with the exception of the new Special Edition of our Fab Seventies collection and any other items for which no discount percentage is specified. Can I use my discount code on top of the Black Friday / Cyber Monday discounts? 

No, during Black Friday Sale, discount codes cannot be combined with Black Friday / Cyber Monday discounts. Please choose the best discount at checkout. 

Which items are discounted during the Black Friday Sale? 

For Black Friday and Cyber Monday, selected products are discounted by up to 50%, with the exception of the new Special Edition from the Fab Seventies collection and any other items for which no discount percentage is stated. Shipping 

How long does delivery take during Black Friday? 

Due to high demand, shipping during Black Friday may take longer than the usual 2-3 days. However, we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. 

Although we strive for next-day delivery, delays may occur due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday with DHL. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
